iCloud on windows keeps opening non stop

I use iCloud on windows, I have the latest version from the microsoft store. I like using it for passwords etc so I want it installed but every single time I start the computer I have to sign in again and reauthorize with my phone. And then no matter how many times I close the icloud app window it pops up again every minute or two on top of whatever window im working in. I have tried removing every apple service and app and reinstalling icloud again multiple times.....Why wont the app just stay in the taskbar and not bother me?

I see this posted all over places like MS forums and here but the solutions are just to uninstall it and not use iCloud but im in the ecosystem for passwords

There was an older post for a similar issue on Windows 10, and I found the same solution worked for me. Essentially it's needing you to sign out and then sign back in. The sign-out looks to remove all that was sync'd, but then the sign-in puts it back. Afterwards I didn't receive the annoying intermittent pop-up of iCloud continuing to open.

I don't know if this helps any, but I have two laptops, both running Windows 11 and both have ICloud installed from the Microsoft Store. I noticed that they both automatically open ICloud at the same time often throughout the day. The laptops are just sitting there, sometimes idle, sometimes not. So that makes me wonder if it is something more to do with Apple and less to do with Windows? Just found it odd they were in sync to automatically open ICloud and nothing else...

The iCLOUD pop-up is the least of my problems!! When I enable (check) the iCLOUD add-in on my new Dell Laptop running Outlook 2024, Outlook immediately crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ICloud numerous times, and done full repairs on Office 2024. I'm sure there is something in the registry causing this issue but can't seem to find/fix it! ANYONE ELSE with this problem?? Anyone fixed this issue??
