In need of desperate help with Apple Music

  1. Are there any new ways to get Apple Music back? Backstory: I am on a family plan, the subscription had come around again, but I'm guessing she hadn't paid for it, but it has not been off for that long. I would say a week is the max it has been off. And this has happened before, so I think all my music will be there. When it does end up "syncing," it has two of my recent playlists but no songs on them?
  2. I ended up trying to get support from apple and we tried to use this link Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support. Now when on the call with help I could see every playlist but it seemed like it need to be downloaded because it had the cloud by it. This is where I mess up, I had to be somewhere so I had to get off the call and worry about it later, but the next day I am trying to do and fogot it synced up with what I have recent.

Is there a way I can get my old itunes back? I just want to be able at least know what songs I had on each playlist. Please help

My understanding is that Apple hold your iCloud Music Library for 30 days when a subscription lapses. As long as you resubscribe within that time you should get all your music and playlists back. The cloud library is attached to your Apple Account. Once it has been deleted it cannot be restored.

Syncing an iPhone with your computer copies the library in the computer to the device, replacing any content that is on it with what is in the computer's library. Only files that are on the computer can be copied. Depending on what is where that can delete music and playlists from the device in a way that is non-recoverable.
