Hello, I have music files in Windows OneDrive which is accessible from my Iphone 15 Pro Max but I am not able to download it to Apple Music so please guide me. Thanks

Open the iTunes application, and look for the device icon at the top and click on it.
Then follow the steps in the support document linked my previous reply.

Syncing is done in the iTunes Application, not in Windows Explorer.
You will need to download them onto a computer, add them to iTunes or the Music App on that computer, and then sync them to the iPhone.
There is no direct way of adding Music to the Music app on an iPhone like that.

Try the download from Apple's website.

Ignore the Store icon, scroll down past the Laptop image, and click on Windows in the "Looking for other versions" section.
It should offer a download for the 64 bit version directly from Apple.

Not able to find the said Icon though Mobile is connected and is shown in Windows Explorer. Tried with shutting down and restarting the handset but no luck. See below the result of diagnostic
