Why Apple Music still don't have "add album to library"?

Why Apple Music still don't have "add album to library" if one or few songs already have been added to library from that album? This issue exists at least for 3 years now (found thread/253824276 from 2022) and still haven't been added.

On screenshots you can see that it's possible to add tracks to library individually (2 already added and downloaded), but there is no option to add whole album.

It's not a bug, it's a lack of essential feature in music service.

It's not. If you pay attention to the first screenshot you'll notice that individual tracks can be added to library, which means they are not there yet.

Here is a screenshot of this album in my library, only 2 tracks.

And back to the post description. "Add" is visible only if you haven't added any songs from that album to your library yet.

Add 1 or 2 tracks from the album to your library individually and you won't have option "add" or "add the rest of the album" to your library.

That's because it's already added. You'll note the checkmark, and not the text "+add."

I just tried again. Clicking on "+add" adds the album to my library and turns the "add" to the checkmark that you see. Not sure why you're not seeing that.
