How do I resolve Apple Developer enrollment issue despite multiple attempts?

i tried to enroll as a developer many months ago and I was told by apple there was some sort of problem i am still waiting for them to contact me dedpite numerous phone calls, emails etc impossible yo get it sorted a deplorable service from apple.

This is a common complaint on the developer forums.


However, the few times that anyone ever follows up, it becomes clear they are just fly-by-night scammers, trying to get a developer account anonymously using gift cards or something.


Unfortunately, as of a few years ago, Apple had over 42 million registered developers. They really don't need any more. If there is anything wrong, or even slightly suspicious, in the most minuscule way, with your application, why should they bother? I'm afraid it's a buyer's market.
