Premium Techie Support scammers are back again!

I refused to pay what they said I owed for services rendered back in 2018. Like...$9000. I don't recall ever having computer services in 2018. My email on this computer only goes back to 2021. They planted several email into my email inbox dated November 2018. They have threatened to shut my computer, telephones, and TV services off if I don't pay.
