Why am I getting iCloud emails about shared albums I never made?

From time to time I receive an email along the lines:

程家顺 subscribed to “gay” The invitation sent to +86********7 was accepted by ch******1@icloud.com.

If you did not intend to invite this person, you can remove them from your shared album.

This purports to come from icloud and the senser is listed as noreply@email.apple.com

But I have no such album. I never have. I rarely use icloud. If this is a scam, I cannot see how it works. I am just concerned though that maybe my account could have a hidden folder in which someone is putting illegal material. Otherwise why would I get the emails from Apple.
