Apple Cash refund processed but funds not returned

I had an unauthorized Apple cash transaction on my Iphone, immediately after discovering the transaction I submitted a refund request. The refund request claim was closed out in my favor and my Apple Cash transaction history shows the refund. My issue is that my Applecash balance never readjusted to the original amount before the unauthorized purchase. I have requested my Applecash Statement for 2 days now but no email has come through to my email. How do I get my money back as Apple is claiming the refund issued but the balance never adjusted???

Obviously we have no access to your account to see what is going on to provide additional information. Contacting GreenDot Bank and Apple for assistance is the only option.

For the PDF of your Statement, make sure the email has not gone to your Junk folder. I have not seen how long it takes to receive the Statement after it has been requested, but banking time is usually in business days where weekends don't count. That is just my general experience with banks and not due to specific knowledge with requesting the Statement from Green Dot Bank.

Thank you. The Applecash team at Greendot was quickly able to resolve the balance discrepancy. As for not receiving the statement they confirmed it should come through immediately so I am working with Apple Support for further assistance at the moment.

Right on! Thanks for the info on the expected time for the Statement as it has not been reported before and I suspect that issue will be resolved as well.
