Instructions for requesting an Apple Card credit limit increase explain how to do so on an iPhone and an iPad. I need to know how to do so on a MacBook Pro (I assume it's possible?). Thanks!

Credit Limit Increase (CLI) requests must be submitted using the built chat feature in the iPhone and iPad. Sorry, there are no exceptions. Goldman Sachs uses AI for determining CLI requests and access to that system is only through chat.
You’re welcome! Your husband will need to log out of his Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) and you’ll need to log into the Apple Account associated with your Apple Card. Then add the card to the Apple Wallet app on his iPhone. Once the card is added to the Wallet, you can open the card in the Wallet and message Goldman Sachs. The steps are in the Apple Support articles I linked below.
