Example here is that the highlighted notes at bar 52 won't play, but the ones before and after bar 52 will play just fine even at a higher tone, but once i move bar 52 to a lower tone, the notes play fine. Im using a hard rock guitar at this section, and it also happens with the clean guitar, but the other guitars play it just fine.

Are you using the microphone?
It could possibly be a Mic Mode, but I have not heard of this issue on iPads:
Use Voice Isolation, Wide Spectrum, or Automatic Mic Mode on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

im guessing you mean playing the notes manually using the actual strings? In that case yes, either way when i did play the notes manually and re-fix them after the fact it did start playing correctly
Sorry, I was confused with GB for Mac which has a small keyboard for midi instruments that you can play with the keyboard
