How do I recover deleted tab groups & open tabs in Safari on iPhone 11?

I had a bunch of tab groups open on my phone (iphone11) for different things (i.e. school, shopping, etc.) but upon opening safari recently they have all closed without me doing anything to facilitate that. Is there any way to reopen/restore my safari pages? Unfortunately I think I may have realized too late that my settings were put to automatically close and I fear I can’t recover them at this point
