Mac OS 15.5 Mac Studio M4
Mic Mode flickers on and off while listening to music (Music, Tidal, etc) and then disappears (crash?) Audio comes and goes. No audio and if I open Logic after the crash there is no audio output. Only a restart restores audio output.

Maybe turn off Microphone Access via your settings for the Music apps? For Logic Pro, I would turn it on and give Logic Pro Full Disk Access.
Well, Music, Tidal, and Spotify for that matter don't have any Mic Mode settings that I can find. Pro Apps yes.
This started with the update to 15.5.

Have you tried setting the Mic/
Mode to standard. What Mic/Modes do you have?
Set your MIC MODE to Standard. Does this help?
standard and voice isolation... Standard always until it crashes and then I have to restart to get audio again
Always in Standard. Never use the Voice Isolation. I only use this Mac for Audio production. Does it even have a microphone? lol Mac Studio M4....
