Apple Music on PC will only play radio stations

For playlists, albums, individual songs, Apple Music app just cycles through every song but doesn't actually play or download any of them. Radio stations and things that are streaming seem to be working fine but I can't make it play anything individually.

I've deleted my entire library on my PC and stopped it to syncing.
