Action button gives error with Voice Memos on my iPhone

I have set the action button to voice memos. However after pressing the action button I get an error message. Attached is the screenshot. Any useful suggestions will be appreciated or maybe it’s a software error. Please provide specific responses and not generic copy paste replies from internet. The voice memos run efficiently from the app itself, have a problem only when voice memos are assigned to the action button.
