JOYO JSP-01 Stopped Working After iOS 18.5 Update

I've been using a Bluetooth page turn pedal (Joyo JSP-01) without any issues in multiple apps on my iPad Mini 6th Gen. I've been avoiding the iOS updates since I bought the iPad. However, somehow the iOS 18.5 update managed to find it's way on to my device, which instantly broke my page turner pedal. The PageUp/PageDown and mouse click features still work, but the Left/Right Arrow features do not. The song chart app I use NEEDS the arrow keys to flip between songs. The song charting app I use has no settings or key mappings for page turners (it never needed one - it just WORKED).

Did iOS 18.5 introduce an Accessibility feature that somehow is interfering with arrow keys functions? I've carefully played around in the Accessibility settings but have been unable to find the trick. I've done all of the typical troubleshooting steps such as wiping/reloading my iPad and reconnecting the device.

Luckily, it still works with my Galaxy Tablet and my Android Phone, but those are my backups. I use the iPad for this ONE THING, which I can now no longer do.

iPad mini 6, iPadOS 18
