Unable to enter login password in Mac mini

M4 Mac mini LG Monitor, USB wired keyboard, new magic mouse, Mac OS Sequoia 15.5. Keyboard and mouse works. Space to type password to enter computer has mouse cursor blinking, cannot enter any information
