Mac Mini Pro M4 does not see XP Pen Artist Pro 19

Brand new XP Pen Artist Pro 19 and brand new Mac min pro M4 does- driver down loaded from XP Pen, multiple confirmations of linking Artist pro to Mac mini including using a Satechi Multiport Pro V2 to access a second HDMI. Driver sees Artist Pro for about 2 seconds and turns on the tablet, then “No signal” message followed by blank screen. Checked in Mac mini System settings > Displays can not see the Artist Pro. Can see my iPad.

I have uninstalled the driver twice and restarted the Mac mini each time.

Thoughts on how to progress appreciated. Very frustrated parent trying to assist artist teen. Teen has also done all of the above.
