How to factory reset a HomePod(2nd generation) with previous owner's account still logged in?
I tried following some instructions online but did not work. Can anyone advise?

Original Title: Bought 2nd gen Homepod but previous owner hasnt logged out. how can i fact reset without having to trek back over to West London for him to sign out?
