I have two Iphones and has same one account.But one of them can’t show or use ICloud.But I want use.It’s only showing Family.What to do?

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Scroll down to Accounts and set that to Allow. This will make it so changes will be allowed for that.
