How to recover lost notes from iPhone 16 Pro and iCloud after iOS 18.5 update?

Since the software update my notes has lost all content since 2023. I had so many lists and I’m lost without them. Tried all the help checks online checking mail toggles with notes section etc please help.

If your notes went missing two years ago, iOS 18.5 didn't do anything to them. I think we need to better understand what you tried to do to recover them when they went missing in 2023.
